Specific Doll Smaller dolls that look like Zaoll Luv!

I always thought Zaoll looks like an older sister for Bimong's Narae I am not sure if anyone else sees it as well.

It's also worth taking a look at male face sculpts as they tend to be less round and baby like, I think Huajing' Thorne has a somewhat similar face shape.

 

I'm in agreement with cobaltconduct! Zaoll has always reminded me of Narae (they are both gorgeous). Bimong recently retired, but you might be able to find a Narae on the secondhand market.

I can't think of other ideas just now, but I'll come back if I think of more!

 

I'm glad someone else sees that's too! Although Gu Mi Jung is a former student of Bimong's so it's probably more logical than I thought

@weirdsparkle - I hope you can find a doll you like. I definitely feel your pain in regard to hybrids and sizes being wrong. I really wanted to have a BlackCherry Aishat in my collection, but the bodies she needs are just too large and heavy for me. I have often really wished for a magic bjd machine that can re-size heads and bodies haha

 

Man, I've been wishing for the same thing!! MayakDoll's Ichi is similar in face shape, and in the eye/nose area... but the expression is rather different. I'd more so say: if you like Luv, you might also like Ichi

Hm... honestly, I would email Dollmore and ask. They have downsized Trinity sculpts into Zaoll size, so whoever their sculptor for Zaoll is, that person appears open to suggestions. The Judith body is nicely articulated. She has double-jointed elbows and knees, and man, I would love a Zaoll sculpt for that body. The Catish bodies are lovely, too.
Plus, I love the Zaoll faceplate system. It perches on top of necks, so it's a great hybrid option. A 1/4-scale Zaoll head - oh, I would be in trouble if Dollmore made those.
Now I'm going to email Dollmore. It's stuck in my head, and it won't leave!

 

Catish and Judith bodies are the same.

But true, Gu Mi Jung has up and downsized a couple of their headsculpts before - it'd most probably go on the Grace body, though, as the Judiths aren't their creation I believe.
