Small YOSD - Big Fish, Little Fish.. what fits?

    1. I’m specifically looking at the Guard Love type 6, which is 22.5 cm with the head, but I know there are a lot of companies making this size range. So I’m wondering what I would search for to find clothes for these bodies because I’m not sure what term is the most popular or correct. I know some regular yosd clothes will fit but I’m looking for things that are specifically made for the body type. Are there other popular dolls that will fit like Qbaby or others?

    2. Unfortunately I've only seen clothes made for this specific type of body on taobao... but fortunately it seems like there's quite a lot over there. Searching "BJD大鱼" on taobao got me a lot of really cute results. I also find that just "BJD big fish clothes" gets a lot of the same results on Aliexpress.

      This shop is one I've ordered from a lot and has a lot of small 1/6 options... Their clothes are consistently really cute and high-quality, and not too expensive. A lot of their clothes are also resold through aliexpress (specifically I found a lot of them in this shop) but as always it's at a markup and, well, it's aliexpress so you have to be careful.

      I also see a lot of these listings lumping them in with Blythe clothes but... eh, I don't trust that.

    3. I have this body for a 'Mrs.Santa Claus' doll I made and Madame Alexander 8" doll clothes fit her well! They are plentiful and cheap on Ebay.

    5. On their Twitter Luts has a "coming soon" for a Honey Delf21 size, so you might want to keep an eye on that as it sounds like it may be a similar size. Luts is pretty good about having clothes available for their dolls, especially when newly released.

    6. I’ll have to check them out, the hip measurement is the one that is making it difficult to find comparable body types. I may have to buy some regular yosd clothing and alter them a little.

    7. Thank you so much for all those informations ! I'm currently waiting for my very first qBaby and had absolutely NO IDEA on where to find some clothes for that "big fish" body !

    8. Thank you guys for the information here! I also have a doll with similar body measurements (Muhan's Doll piggy body), and I was going nuts trying to find clothes that fit the hips but weren't too loose at the chest! :sweat

This is exactly what makes it difficult, my girl is here and I found a dress I had in my collection that was made to fit slim yosd but is loose in the hips so that works but the sleeves are a bit long. Shirts that fit littlefee work if you like the extra long sleeve or rolled up sleeve look. Shorts that fit littlefee a little bit loose actually fit but shorts I bought specifically for yosd were way too loose so it’s hit or miss and now I have a lot of extras that don’t fit :doh
