I found the original Lost Souls Scarf on Ravelry after I made this, but I decided to add it on here, since a similar pattern exists. I made one or two changes, but you can follow the link for the photo references if you need! this uses size 10 pace thread and a 1mm hook Key (US terms): MC - Magic Cirlce SC - Single Crochet HDC - Half-Double Crochet DC - Double Crochet Ch - Chain Shell - two double crochet, chain one, two double crochet. Oh I love this scarf, I have to try and crochet it . Maybe I can use a smaller needle to make it fit 1/4 dolls.
Beautiful work, I love the weight and color of it on your doll! Thank you for posting links to the original pattern and your own mod as well. I'll save both just incase a miracle occurs; I wish I knew how to crotchet (or tatt) but sadly, I'm barely able to hold a sewing needle and thread, I fail at just basic sewing miserably. I feel like I might be too old to start learning something so complicated now. DX
Thanks! I realized I forgot to add thread size so I just added it. I used Aunt Lydia’s size 10 lace thread and a 1mm hook. Good luck! Thank you! It’s never too late to try something new. Maybe one day you’ll get to use it!
