I'm waiting on a package from Spain and I checked the tracking and it says that the package is in Singapore since the 16th of August. I'm getting very worried since it's almost three weeks since it last updated and a month since the package was shipped. Is there any reason why it's stuck in Singapore for so long? I just noticed that the Service Type: Speedpost Speed Surface, it that why it's taking so long? Because it's traveling by surface/land instead of air flight?
Hi bullets, if this helps. All packages are having serious delay issue due to the festive happening in Brunei Darussalam which is the Hari Raya, you're not the only one who feels upset regarding this, me and fellow retailers here are having the same issues with all our packages being delayed stuck in Singapore. Its frustrating for you and for the retailers including myself, who are having complains about their merchandise not arriving on time and late. I can assure you, its not Singapore - it's Brunei.
I ordered some doll clothing from Singapore on August 23rd and the tracking website Speed Post never updated for me. I even tried USPS tracking and the only message I ever got was that my item was getting prepared for dispatch. It finally updated the exact day (September 5th) my package was scheduled to arrive.
I know about Hari Raya and considered it to be a reason why my package hasnt arrived yet but my post office has checked with the main office in the Capital city and they said the package is not in Brunei at all. I might ask them to check again since it has been a while since they last checked for me. And how long have your fellow retailers and you have been waiting? I have waited for a month and 11 days already and still no package. I'm losing hope. Thank you for the info. I know that Singpost never updates after the package arrived in Singapore but I was hoping for something. I'm glad you got your items though.
Our items are shipped via DHL, which is supposed to arrive 3~6 days or go as far as 1~2 weeks - end up arriving 1~ 1 1/2 months later. I cannot imagine how long it will be for airmail/EMS this month, you'll probably expect it to arrive longer then it usually does...
My package was shipped via Registered Airmail, I believe. But anyways, after a month and twenty days, the package has FINALLY gotten here on last Saturday, it's a little banged up though. I'm relieved to say there's no damage to the doll though. On the box, "Missent to Singapore" was written, I'm confused since the seller wrote my address perfectly >_____>
