I recently repainted my Switch Haji:R into a different kind of character than he was before and at the end of a very long year/ or beginning of a new one, where I have just been painstakingly vaulting lots of dolls out of my collection for many different reasons, I think I've reached that point where I have enough breathing room to truly fall in love with occasional new characters again. On the one hand, it was excellent spending 2022 most intimately exploring only a handful of old characters, but I think it's important to keep moving into new things too. Anyway, I'm happy I saved myself from unloading this one, because although I wouldn't say it's one of my favorite molds, I am very attached to him as an object and he has really good 3/4 and profile angles. I took way too many pictures this week, so now you have to see them too. Anyway: Luca . . . Link Link Link Link Link Link Link Link Link Link Link Link Even more in next post

Luca is so cute!! I'm glad you gave his head another chance. The blonde hair red eye combination is great and your faceup compliments his features perfectly
Thank you @nyaaain ! I'm really thankful I randomly tried these eyes in him because that kind of started the whole thing. They have never been at their full potential in any other doll Luca is so sweet, I love him haha
It's really nice to see him all dressed and styled after peeking on the faceup progress! Looks like he fits in perfectly with the others!
Wow he is gorgeous! I really really love the B&W group photos also and the evening shots with the palms!! Incredible work
So many lovely images! I love them all, especially the ones shot through the flowers and the ones against the bright sky and setting sun. You have such a feel for light. The one under the wooden structure, looking straight at the camera is absolutely striking! Great styling too.
Thank you @Lily1919 ! I really appreciate it! I love light and color. I was just waking under the wooden structure that day and thought, oh that's really cool looking actually!
