Unresolved Silpy

Hi, I had problems with this seller in regards to posting my items. I purchased a volks head via layway, and all the payments have gone through, and have been confirmed via paypal. The item (as per the sales thread) was meant to be posted 3 days after payment, and it has been a month, and I have not heard anything from the seller since the 22 of September. She told me that she will send me a refund for the waiting and I am still waiting for that too. This is particularly worrying. I am going to escalate to paypal dispute if the seller does not contact me.

05/10/2015 She's still disappeared with my money and no news from the head. I opened a claim on paypal 01/10/2015 to can recover my money back full . Now I just only want my money back and not the head because I feel cheated and very disappointed with this transaction and seller, When this kind of stuff happens is a mess, I was a serious buyer...this just not fair....
