Which ethnicity are you looking for?

Iplehouse and Raccoon Doll have sculpts intentionally designed to represent different ethnicities (including Black, East Asian, and more), and offer a good variety of skin tones. Their style is very realistic, but they do offer vampire/elf variants of some sculpts.

For dark skin + fantasy features ...

Resinsoul offers many fantasy sculpts and literally any skin tone. Their front page shows fox girls, deer girls/fauns, angel wings and more. They are very accommodating of requests, I have heard.

Fairyland (Minifee) offers Tan year round and periodically offers Ebony. They are a very fantasy-focussed company. Not only can you get vampire/elf variants but mermaid tails, dragon legs, centaurs and more.

Both of these companies have a more anime style which doesn't represent a specific ethnicity.

 

maskcat and luuusiq (found on staceyspinkocean) both have lovely dark skin tones. i highly recommend Ethereal Girl for a gorgeous face sculpt. am also very fond of another company that has a more cyber-space-punk aesthetic, but i am afraid i cannot remember their name, only that they announced a release here very recently.

 

Impldoll has a gorgeous dark tan I've been very impressed to see on owner pictures. Their 1/4 bodies are also reportedly very nice posers if you're looking for a full doll. I think the newer 1/4 heads (Susu, Vivi, Anja) have features that could work for many different ethnicities depending on how you paint or style them.

 

I have a feeling you mean Nothing Sapiens Tamikan Space! Kioni in particular has many features leaning towards Afroasiatic, but the sprout line is more 1/6 than 1/4. Still, very worth a look, their artists are incredibly talented!

 

Well, I'm definitely biased because she was something of a grail for me, but Iplehouse Lahela is the best dark skinned doll ever! XD Mine is on the SID body, but she is also available in the Fashion/FID line, which is 1/4 scale. I've also always thought their JID sculpt, Benny, was absolutely stunning in dark skin.

This is my girl, Twyla, who is a Lahela in light brown skin.
