Shipping Shipping time for Resinsoul

Right now, for China, it is the golden week/National Day of the people's republic. Chances are they haven't been in the office to get your message.

 

I ordered a doll from Resinsoul July 6th and haven't heard anything yet.
I asked Denverdoll about it and they told me 14-18 weeks.

 

I’m just bumping this thread because I ordered from Resinsoul on September 15 when they said it would take about 50 days.

I think the 50-day limit has passed, but I was wondering what happened to the people in this thread? I know there are likely to be delays with Covid-19, but I just wanted to check.

I have sent Sun an email asking for an update.

 

Hey, just saw this sorry.
I'm still waiting, last time I asked Denverdoll they said they were still waiting on their June shipment and the shipment with my order would come after. That was about a month ago, maybe longer.

 

I ordered my Mi on November 10 and Sun told me it would be about 2 months. I'll be coming up on that date pretty soon, so I'm hoping to hear something. I can be patient, I just like to have some idea of when to expect her.

 

@AdventWishes @CloakedSchemer I sent Sun an email a day or so after I left that comment, and he replied saying the doll body would ship in the next few days.

And it did. It took a while to get here, probably because of covid-related shipping delays, but I was able to track it. The body was in a carrier inside the shipping box and the body was perfect, though it had attempted to escape at some point!

In the end, it didn’t take much longer than promised, and Sun was very good about communication.

 

@glass_mountain Thanks for the update! I’m glad to know things are moving fairly normally. My girl isn’t due to ship until next week, so I’ll wait a couple more weeks before asking.
