Shipping Shipping Adress Change - Soom

    1. I'm just curious if you are allowed to change your shipping adress once you order a doll?

      I'm making sure because I don't know if I'll take the full five month layaway plan to pay off a doll. If I don't then having it shipped where I am currently is fine. But if I take the full five months and (I've heard there's now like a three month wait period)with the wait period of recieving your doll after, I'll probably be moved across country by then.

      Do you think Soom will let me change my adress if I do move?

    2. i cant say 100%, but i cant see why they wouldnt be able to do that, but id email them asap finding out for sure.

      Sorry i cant be more of a help, i havent ordered from them, nor have i moved when doll stuff was coming to me.

    3. Well, I asked them and they said just to give them the new address if I move before she gets shipped.
      So all is good~

    4. I'm planning to buy a Faery Legend doll from Soom. I know that it takes several months before the doll will be shipped. However I'm planning to move next spring.

      So now I'm worried that I would not live at my current address when my doll is shipped. But to place an order, you need to fill in an address. Can you ask Soom to ship it to another address afterwards?

    6. Yes, that's not a problem - I did that twice with my Cuprit and they were fine with it! She arrived safe and sound at the right address ^_^
