Aesthetics Shelling an OC- Rinnie

His boyf's got a project thread here that I haven't done anything of yet, but I got Rinnie a body second-hand (it should be here is less than 2 weeks ), so he's getting a thread too (and hopefully I'll be able to work on him sooner~) Toyhouse for images n stuff of the guy.

Parts:
Head (Switch Doha)
Body (Dollstown 18 yr boy)

Styling:
Faceup + body blush (freckles n hair)
Wig (if y'all know any that could work, please let me know~ I'll probably have to end up making his...)
Eyes

Clothes:
- Sweaters

- Cable-knit
- Colourwork (thinking fair isle?) (I've never done any colourwork we'll see how this works out)​

- Varsity jacket
- Shirt
- Cuffed jeans
- Converse

Of course, a sweater is first priority. Before a new faceup (he really needs one... this was my second ever and it's... not amazing) or eyes or a wig or anything. The stitch patterns I'm using are from Mary Jane Mucklestone's Fair Isle and Scottish (for the cat) Motifs books, and the swatch's done in DK weight on 3.75mm needles. It's a bit chunky, would maybe be better if I went down a needle size, but I don't really mind too much (and don't have any smaller needles lying around). We'll see if I manage to finish this over the weekend.
