I think a Dollmore Jeemin. She has chubby cheeks, a round face, big eyes and if I were to walk around with the same expression all day it would be pretty close.

Or maybe a PukiPuki Mary, despite not really looking anything like me, that frown and the right shape of eyebrows would basically be an excellent visual representation of my "i hate everyone and everything" days.

 

Now this is a fun topic! Now that I have my Peak's Woods Dlight, she would be the sculpt I would want.

definitely Dreaming Doll's Sweet Rio!! The innocent expression is definitely me! *snorts* mostly because that's the vacant kind of look I make in some of my classes, especially when I'm not feeling well!

I would use Souldoll Ahee as a kid version of myself. It's not exactly the same but it's the closest I've come across so far. It has the same eye shape, jaw line and chin shape. Unfortunately, it's not available anymore and I've never seen one for sale. But I could also use Lati Yellow Coco if I wanted to go even younger. I will probably never actually go through with it, but I definitely thought it through!

 

I'd say I'd be Iple's JID Celine - she has similar nose, and quite close jaw-and-cheekbone structure. ^^ I have thinner lips and smaller eyes, though.

 

I've been told iplehouse Stella but I think her lips are a bit too big. Also mnf mirwen with the right face up has possibilities ^^

 

I would say Freakstyle Salome...but with a piggy nose, smaller eyes, and ever so slightly smaller breasts.

I think Feeple 60 Juri 2012 head We have the same eye shape, mouth and head shape. However my nose is longer and my eyes are a good size for my head, unfortually I don't have big dolly eyes : )

 

Dollzone Amelia, I think? We've got the same stronger nose but round face.

 

It's hard because I have a very strong nose, and female BJD's usually don't have that because it's not "feminine" (or at least aesthetically pleasing) but I think I look like Dollclans Phython put onto a female body.

I've never given this a thought before, but atm it had to be OR-Doll's Hayami. I'd love to try this. No.... I think I should (just contacted a dealer about this head, haha)! It's more of an emotional thing, features are not exactly mine, but what's underneath .

 

I would be a slightly modded freak style eve. I hope there is another eve preorder so I can shell myself actually.

 

I'd be an NT Doll Pearl. Dark hair, pale NS, blue eyes.

 

I already did and on accident. I am a FL Minifee shiwoo. Almond eyes, round lower face and cupid lips with a smirk. I have a button nose and not the ski jump that shiwoo has but the resemblance between me and my boy is a bit eerie....at least from the nose down.

Pukifee Cony. I have the same high forehead, rounded face and small mouth. My nose is larger and sharper, though. Maybe Cony all grown up?

 

An Iplehouse Aurora hybrided onto a Zaoll body would be a pretty accurate representation of me as a doll. I have no idea if that hybrid would even work in real life, but the Iplehouse bodies would throw the resemblance off entirely, since I'm a very small and short person. The Zaoll one is actually a decent match. Aurora has the right face shape and general features, and she also has the permanently serious expression that's been getting me asked if I'm okay or if I'm mad since I was a little kid! Eyes would be easy-- I actually own a pair of grayish-blue glass ones that are the same color as my eyes--- but a wig would be a super big pain in the ass since my hair is long on top but with the bottom half shaved all the way around. I don't even know how one would go about a wig like that and have it look right...... I guess it's lucky that I'd never actually try to make my doll-self for real :-P

Phew, I was so lucky... Only one Hayami head left in stock at Or-Doll's, and jeeryama managed to snatch it for me. I'm very glad I stumbled across this thread, feels like "shelling myself" will be an important thing to do.

 

I've been told that Iplehouse BID Ellin (type D make-up but imagine freckles!) looks like I did when I was younger. Unfortunately, I'm still on a quest to find a doll that looks like me now so I can get my aunt to break her Doll-Limit-Rule XD

Okay I had to try using PS to do a mockup, so a stylized bjd of me would look a bit like this:

So this thread was the final straw to make me order Or-doll's Hayami. I finished his faceup and he doesn't look very much like me (surprise, surprise^^!) and I found out I cannot really shell myself, but he still embodies parts of me. Or maybe it's not so much about the outside, but about certain aspects of myself that needed to be expressed? Anyhow, I called him Marian, meaning "belonging to Maria" (my surname).

 

I've already done this, at least on the mini scale. My Batchix Lagoon is my mini-me, Lilly. (Despite the same name, my Dollmore Lillis Liv Lilly is *not* me.)



She hasn't got my extra-long and pointy nose, but she's got my build. It's also very hard to find eyes in the right shade of red hazel...

As far as SD sized dolls, I'd love to get a Blossom Doll body but I've not found a head that's right yet.

 

Never really thought about it until now. Might consider doing this now after this thread. I suppose Limhwa Lily is pretty close.. Especially if she had a gold colored Monique gold Faith wig on. Msd size works more for me in size, compared to my other msd's height. I'm semi tall, almost 6ft in heels.

I think NT Doll's Pearl would work for me. She has a similar nose to me, but that's about it. Gosh, finding a sculpt that looks anything like me is hard. She's the closest!!

 

I believe I'm a Doll Leaves Mint. Due to the fact that she's a mature yosd; and I'm extremely short! She also has a teeny little who nose like mine

I would say probably a Souldoll Monique but with less sleepy eyes. The wig in the company photos kind of works but the eyes would need to be green.

I used to look a lot like Iplehoused JID Asa as a kid and I even got her because of it but I couldn't stand the body and the fact that I don't do well with realistic sculpts so she had to go ...:[

 

I think I look a little like doll leaves Lilith. She's got a rounder face with smaller features- maybe her grown up a little bit.

 

I look a lot like AquariusDoll Mia, I even thought about making a mini me with her, but I don't like too serious or sad dolls.

 

I'd be a (badly yellowed) F60 Celine with a dreaming eye mod, or a (badly yellowed) Soom Dia.

 

Oooh this is fun. I'd probably be an Iplehouse J.I.D Asa, but my lips look more like J.I.D Sierra, so a mix between the two? I can't find a decent skin color match at Iplehouse so if I could use another company's resin color, it would be Dollshe's Oriental.

Doll Chateau Christina on a shorter, chunkier body. The nose is a bit off but of all the dolls I know she is the closest. I wouldn't even begin to know what body would work.

 

I would be a female Migidoll Cho. He looks so similar to me, the face shape, the lips, the eyes and the nose (sort of). He's a more feminine male sculpt to begin with in my opinion, but with the right face-up he wold look exactly like me.

 

I think I look like a Minifee Rheia to the point I bought one as a dollie mini-me.

 

just wanted to say how amazing this is! i love all the detail work on the tattoos and the angle of the photo mixed wit the pose giving the feeling that she is both coming towards you and yet away at the same time it creates a paradox within the image that captures the veiwer and leads to further inspection of the image itself.
