Uh-oh.... Too many entries are just so gorgeous! I'm going to have an INSANELY tough time voting.

 

Wow, totally amazing artwork here. I love some of the concepts, so different from what I was expecting. Now I have to pick just one? Eeep! Not an easy job, for sure!

That was really hard voting! I was hoping we would be able to vote in more than one category. Just narrowing it down to one was tough. I finally picked the one I personally thought showed the best balance between basic skill and evoking the concept of a shadow. Good luck, everybody!

 

I have to say I found it rather hard to chose between my favorites! Good job all of you and good luck!

i loved voting for this i only wish i was able to enter, too bad i didn't have any dolls to do the face-up on. anyways, choosing the right one was easy for me, but i loved seeing all the entries~

 

This was one of the hardest ones to choose for me - there were so many excellent ideas and faceups!

Holy crap, that sketch faceup had me so confused for a minute. I was like, "good drawing but... isn't this the faceup contest...?" o_O and then my mind was blown when I realized it was a faceup

I felt the same way. That was so inventive. I'm not sure I would want a doll to be that way all the time, but it made for an amazing photoshoot!

However, I really am an amateur so I knew I wouldn't be in the running for a prize, but I had a DAMN good time doing the face-up and seeing everyone else's entries just made my day ^___^ I'm delighted to see so many unique and interesting (and beautifully created!) designs I definitely think that the best entry won, it's such a unique and gorgeous entry!

Now what I need to do is hunt down a body for my SpaceTrond. (I was entry #1) I'm still so surprised that I placed in the top ten - I thought all of the face-ups were better than mine!!

 

Eh... I'll just go ahead and reveal myself as #17. It's my first faceup ever and I didn't really want to go crazy on my first doll so I probably should not have entered...
BUT even with no votes, I still had lots of fun trying.
