Wanted [Sewing or crocheting] pattern for DC adult plz?

I have a DollChateau Cyril and I'm so frustrated to not find any pattern to make him some clothes! I'm not capable of adapting other patterns in his own size so... I was wondering if any of you had some already made for those hard-to-dress BJD XD
