Seller of Fraudulent Usagihime Wigs

That's very sad... Does this seller only exist on Ebay? And how come usagihime can't access DoA? >.>

 

I also noticed this seller took the AOD sale pictures from a DoA member. Well, only two of the girls that is, in the website.

The owners of the photography need to contact ebay, they're usually pretty good at dealing with disputes.

 

Thank you for posting this. I almost bought wigs from this person because I thought they were Usagihime wigs!

 

I've talked to Usagihime about this seller 2 months ago and reported their sales a couple of times to Ebay that they were selling items with stolen images. I've also put up a warning on a dutch BJD forum last month. Ebay said they would investigate but nothing changed over time.

Please help Usagihime with reporting this seller. All my messages I've sent to this seller are ignored. Do not buy these rip-offs! They are not of the same quality as the wigs Usagihime makes.

 

Ive bought one of these wigs actually thinking it was usagi's. At this point Im not to concerned that its not official I just really need that color, I dont approve of what there doing but with my heck ive been going through to get a msd red wig of lately I sorta gived up on caring I just want the dang wig ^^. I dont plan to order from them again though

 

I also notice this person is not an official AoD dealer. I can't say about Island Doll or Love-Doll.

It saddens me people rip people off with products other people work hard on.

Those dolls belong to Nigel88 here on DoA. The red gown on the white haired girl was designed and made by Nigel88 and belongs to me.
As owner of the red gown, I have attempted to have the related photos removed. I'm not certain what luck I will have, but I also noted Nigel88 regarding his photos being used.

 

In her header picture, the far left pic is the Iplehouse SID woman Eva modeling some of Iplehouse's clothing.

 

Her main page header is of 2 Iplehouse Nocturne Circus dolls.

 

i purchased 3 wigs from her thinking they were usagihimes and i realized immediately after recieving them they were NOT her quality, one of them is losing hair fast, she is not only a thief she's a shoddy workman too. i feel guilty knowing i've supported this person even though i had no idea at the time. i hope ebay stops her soon this is completely unacceptable.

 

i'm talking to someone from ebay, i'm going to make sure they are alerted to this even if i have to sit here for hours. i'm going to make sure they know about her selling stolen designs and hopefully get them to do something about it.


i spoke to ebay and they are starting an investigation into wa20091122 i also was told to go through and report all of the listings for the wigs she stole the designs for, i did so and i encourage everyone else too as well. the more reports ebay gets and the bigger the deal we make it the more likely it will get resolved! we should work together to solve this, ignoring it and saying "oh well that sucks but nothing i can do about it" is wrong and other people will be encouraged to steal more designs because they know someone got away with it. its not fair to usagihime who worked hard on those designs and its not right to let this person go unpunished. please take 10 minutes out of your day to report her listings, you don't even have to pick up a phone just go to the listing and hit report item under "other item info" for the item and then on the 2nd drop box click "counterfeits and copyright violations", in the third box click on "potential trademark infringement", in the fourth box click on "other replica or counterfeit items" then hit continue. you can only put 10 item numbers in but there are 28 items that i reported so you do have to submit three reports if you want to report all of them. if anybody needs me to i can write down all the numbers so you can copy and paste them instead of looking them up. in the brief description please mention that they are made from stolen designs! i hope that everyone else will decide to report as well not because we are doll people and should stick together but because it is the right thing to do.

I feel like crap now. I'm new to the BJD world and use ebay quite a lot to buy my doll things. I like that it's one place vs going to countless BJD sites, making user names and buying from them. I had no idea who Usagihime was and honestly avoided this post thinking it didn't apply to me. Then I saw the LJ feed from bjdcollecatsy (sp?) and saw pics of her wigs. I then realized I had quite a few of her wigs on my 'watch list' by this wa20091122 person. Upon seeing this news, I took them off my watch list and will be avoiding that seller from now on. I'll also buy directly from Usagi's website.

 

Sorry I was talking about the header on her website, not her eBay store.

 

I contacted Iplehouse about their images and they said they were going to take action right away. I hope everyone else is able to get this person to stop stealing images.

It's my first time actually using my eBay account...lol
I hate people just take people's hardwork for granted =_= They know nothing about how much work people need to input for one creation or design!!
