Props Sculpting Bust stand SD

    1. Hello! This is my first thread.
      I have fews floating heads and I want to expose them, so I started to scuplt a bust stand for my SD 65-70 cm heads!
      I made the base and I'm waiting the clay is dryed.

    3. Are you using the BBC code transferring from flicker? But, the photos are there if you click on the photo title. Looking forward to seeing your progress!

    10. What a neat idea! It's coming along nicely. I suspect the stand will need some "flesh" to it to become stable enough to support a head without toppling over? Or do you add arms for stability, like a tripod?

    11. Yes it's not complete, I must add some clay to the hips and I'll fix it to a wooden base.
      I want to add arms but it will depend on my capacity :)

    16. I struggled with the drying part because the air was too hot and dry, it makes some cracks and it tooks additionnal time to fix it :doh
      Now I pschiit water on and wrap it into plastic film and it seems to work :thumbup
