@jessholy yes interfacing is a material sometimes used between layers in fabric during sewing in the event you need to stiffen the fabric so it can hold a more crisp or rigid shape
What brand do you use? ...Though, after being run through the dryer, it probably doesn't matter as much?

I don't think that the brand matters. If I needed more stiffening than with a dryer sheet, I'd probably use the lightest weight of fusible interfacing, but then I have that on hand and don't have to buy it. So, yes, you could use more than one layer if one isn't enough. Dryer sheets can't be recycled, so this takes them out of the landfill too!
In the same line of thinking, dried up anti bacterial wet wipes ^-^ the last wipes in a pack always dry up before I can use them. I also use them for wig-making sometimes!
