They're a new release, Sartoria J has been around for a while.

Ive ordered all 3 on layaway. I think i also got remi as a boy

Next month's doll will be a 1/6, can't wait to see it

They are both absolutely adorable! I love Vera, everything of her! She is so cute with that dress and wig. Were I in need of more tinies, I would grab her without further thinking

 

I like both and will be ordering them at the end of October

Is anyone planning to buy Lizzy? I think she is supercute with her little pink outfit, but I am waiting for the big guns ... eh, the dragons. They advertise her quiet often on Instagram, so maybe lots of people are waiting for the bigger dolls?

 

I got Lina out of the post office jail. I had to pay customs fees.

Her name is Rini. 13" doll clothes are way too big for her. Yo sd shirts fit and those Barbie t-shirt dresses fit.

I need to figure out how to post pictures again lol.

I finally received my long-awaited boy Remi last week. At least that's what I thought. I found it strange when I removed the transport protection around the head. A look inside his head confirms my disbelief. Instead of the boy Remi I ordered, SartoriaJ sent me the girl Lulu!
SartoriaJ has not responded to my email regarding the mix-up for over a week. A reference to the email in the SartoriaJ shop forum was simply deleted!
My question to you BJD lovers - has anyone received a boy Remi even though they ordered the girl Lulu?
I would be very grateful for a reply.

an update on my problem with the mix-up - girl Lulu instead of the ordered boy Remi. After two weeks and sending the email to SartoriaJ again, I finally received a reply. SartoriaJ apologizes and only wants to send me a Remi head
What am I supposed to do with a boy whose soul is trapped in a girl's body?
The Lulu that was delivered is a girl through and through!
My reply to this has again gone unanswered!
This manufacturer is incredibly frustrating

another update. I finally received a reply today. It seems to be going in the right direction. I'm getting a complete boy Remi after all!
But I'll have to be patient again - Remi won't be ready to travel for about another month. Therefore, SartoriaJ is indeed reliable.
Currently, they're only dealing with their many dragons ;-)

 

@JL_The_Lion - Sorry to hear you're having this problem! In my experience they can definitely be slower to ship than some companies, but they were fairly quick to fix the only problem I remember having with them. I hope you get exactly what you wanted in the end!

 

Thank you very much! In my experience, SartoriaJ can also be very fast. The elf Jade in 3 months, also the Halloween special of 2024 - Kate and Benedict also within 3 months. Also last year, teen Claire on the brand new 59 Daphne body in 3.5 months.

 

Hello BJD lovers, today the drama surrounding Remi came to an end. Eight months after placing the order, a courier unexpectedly appeared at my door today and demanded customs fees from me. Without any announcement from SartoriaJ, the boy Remi is now in the house. This uncertainty as to whether the offer to send me a replacement would actually be implemented, and the lack of further information from Sartoria, was not for me.
And Remi is now waiting for me with a loose magnet

 

Oh no, a mix up like that is horrible. Glad that it was finally resolved. Did you have to send Lulu back or will you be able to keep her as an extra for the inconvenience you had with that order?

 

SartoriaJ was very accommodating. I get to keep Lulu. I just don't have a certificate – it's issued to Remi. And when the boy was subsequently delivered, no further certificate was included.
Sending it back would hardly have been worth the cost, considering shipping and customs fees.
I hope the customer who received Remi instead of Lulu was just as lucky.

 

I ordered Vera. The almost blue skintone was really eye catching. And the matching wig!
