Modification Sanding toes for strappy sandals

    1. I understand some dolls come with 'geta-feet,' but I'm under the impression that's rare (and MSD only?)

      So I guess I'm first asking which dolls come with divisions between the toes...

      And as a follow-up...
      I wondered if anyone had tried sanding divisions between their dolls' toes, so they could wear thong/strappy sandals? (If so, how did it work out?)

    2. ^_^... geta feet aren't rare really... you can buy optional geta feet from Volks. you can ask a shopping service to get them for you!

      actually geta feet are easier to get for SD than another other type. SD geta feet are available at volks like I said... Although there technically are not available geta feet for SD13 girl,,... you can use SD girl geta feet for SD13 pretty well, it looks ok.

      Keep in mind that all of this is OLD SKIN not pureskin.

      for MSD you can only get geta feet if you order an FCS msd. (pureskin).

      I'm hoping that Volks will update the optional parts system so that all or at least some of the new FCS parts in pureskin are available as separate optional parts.

      dolls that CAME with Geta feet include... I think just Madoka Japanese? I could be wrong!

    3. I actually separated the big toe on my SD13 Boy doll's foot just to see how it works...it is ok, but not enough to really do much. You are much better, like Aimee said, to try to find optional parts.
