I might be out of town for a couple weeks in June, but I don't know when yet... I'll definitely come if I can!
I have so many twins in my collection, it's going to be hard to decide who to bring, hahaha

I'll likely be twinning with my SDGr (59cm) Volks Lorina (we'll both be in Lolita) but I might also bring two MDR pygmy (22cm) Dangos (different skin colors but same sculpt). Not that I'm aware of. We've been doing this since before either existed, so vague plans usually start as an email or text.
I'll be very proud of us when we manage to not pile doll bags directly behind the dolls, honestly. Getting everyone onto one online platform is definitely not going to happen.

Sorry for the late notice but unfortunately I can't make it I'm becoming more busy lately plus I don't have a reliable form of transportation but hopefully sometime in the future I'll be able to attend a meet-up!

 

I might actually be able to make this one after all! Turns out I'm (probably) in town for it XD

I don't have twins with me though, so it'll probably just be me and a lone doll.

 

I'm super sad to say I'm going to have to bow out this one, and try for the next meet. so sorry for the late notice too. i have underestimated a procedure just done on my hand Tuesday, and looks like i need to take more time to recuperate. truly bummed as i love this theme and was really looking forward to meeting everyone.
would love to be on the list for getting tagged in for the next meet if that's a thing.

 

Im super sad to say, unfortunately I am unable to make it. My kitten busted his stitches, his vet visit costed me my spending money and he needs some round the clock care .

I'm super sad but I hope everyone is able to enjoy the day! And take lots of photos

Hi, since the date has changed I'm going to try my hardest to make it! So put me down for a maybe? Not sure if I'd be bringing my mini (Myou Delia) or my tiny (Pipos Charlotte). No twins although if I bring my Delia we might be twinning.

I've decided to bring my DearSD twins because it doesn't seem like there will be a great spot for the doll stands that my bigger twins need.

 

I am a bit concerned about the lack of shade at the fountain at that hour.

I'm not 100% sure I'll be there as @idrisfynn is very sick (and definitely won't be there) but if I don't succumb to this nasty cold also, I still plan to attend (fully masked). Our COVID tests have been negative.

Yeah, I think I'll have to go this route too. I thought I could buy an inexpensive Ken police outfit for my tiny but apparently there hasn't been one since the 80s and they cost more than I wanted to spend so...

 

Oh no! Well, there's always Union Square, though it might be a little more crowded than we want if we're meeting in the afternoon...or the park at Salesforce, though I've only been there at night so I don't know how crowded it gets during the day.

 

I don't have any good indoor meet locations in mind, but if we're considering outdoor...

- Palace of Fine Arts - it gets moderately busy on the weekend, but I've never not been able to find a picnic spot. It's a great photo location as well.
- Embarcadero Center - they used to have various table and seating options, but I haven't been there in a couple of years. I can take a walk there one of these days and check it out.
- Chinatown - I'm very familiar with the Chinatown area, so if folks want to do a photo walk through the various alleyways, I'd be happy to lead. St. Mary's Square(park) is always pretty empty, so we could hang out there. I also know of a cafe/boba shop that has a bunch of tables that is usually pretty empty, so if we need an indoor spot to chill and recharge for a bit, that's an option. (The owners are big anime and donghua fans, and I feel bjds are adjacent enough that they wouldn't be too weirded out) Chinatown also has a model kit store if anyone needs faceup supplies!
