I ordered a NS Dollzone Hong back in Sept. '09. Everything went very well. I would definitely order from here again

Directly from Sakuraden How was the communication? Communication was excellent, I was notified of production progress and delays How easy was it to pay? Very easy How long did it take to ship? about a month due to delays, but as soon as it arrived at Sakuraden, my boy as at my house later that day (because we live in the same city) Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? Yes, the doll is beautifully made and had a great price Did the item look like the sales pictures? He looked better than the pictures Were you satisfied with the product? I was very satisfied, although he did come with 2 left hands and 1 broken finger... If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem?
