17 days between my order and the sending, then 2-3 days with EMS to be shipped (I'm in Europe)
So about 20 days to recieve my items.

Sadol outfits always fit my dolls perfectly. Their attention to details always amaze me.
I never have to worry about pants that are loose on waist.

Sadol sent an email when some items i ordered were out-of-stock/replaced, and let me change my order.

Their customer service is superb. They make best quality items.

Yes. They gave my a necktie for my SSDF free. Their service was really beyond expected. And their outfit's quality was nice and fine. I couldn't find any flaw. Maybe Sadol is my first and only company which sells such a high quality outfit in various size, especially for SSDF which always has problem for choosing the right size clothing. The price is reasonable. A bit high but better quality.

* How was the communication?
It was fine. There were automatic emails for order confirmation and a shipping notice. I got my questions answered through the Q&A board.

* How easy was it to pay?
Easy via paypal.

* How long did it take to ship?
The estimate was 15-20 days, but it actually shipped after 36 days. After 30 days I asked through the Q&A board when my order would be shipped, and Sadol told me it was delayed.

* Were there any missing or broken items in your order?
Nothing missing or broken, but they sent me a skirt of the wrong color.

* If there were any problems with your order, how did the company handle them?
I contacted them through the Q&A board with a photo of the skirt. Sadol said there was a misunderstanding and that the correct skirt would be "hard to ship again". They told me to keep the wrong color skirt as a gift and offered either store credit or a refund for the full price of the skirt. I opted for the refund and received it minus the paypal fee.

* Would you order from this company again?
No. I was unhappy with their service.

Excellent. The order was through email, as per their instruction.
Initially, when I contacted them through their QA board, it was down, or they had issues with their system, so it took a while. But once they got it sorted the contact was regular.
They also honored a sale price, despite it having ended before they managed to get back to me.

Easy through Paypal

* How long did it take to ship?
Estimate on their site is 40-50 days. Shipped January 22, 2024, so much quicker than expected!
