Jointing S Hooks?

Idk but I've made mine without much trouble with just regular handcrafts wire and a pair of tough scissors. They came out looking almost perfectly even, despite me having no experience in the matter.

 

hardware store sells a lot of S hooks, which is where I go get mine.

 

Hardware stores do sell them but keep in mind they'll mostly have heavier duty ones you won't be able to modify with pliers easily
