@RozenMaiden_Girl joined my Volks GL/VIP eyes group order. He was very communicative throughout the whole process and always replied to all updates. During shipping, he made me aware that the initial tracking number had not been reset properly (USPS recycles numbers). Thanks to his attention and prompt replies, I was able to make a new label right away instead of shipping a package that potentially would not scan or update correctly.

Despite personal issues, he took the time out of his day to let me know the package arrived safely and to leave me feedback. I would definitely work with him again.
