I already have a wayne... He arrived a couple of weeks ago. I suppose I orderded from what was the Korean order, although I didn't know at the time they would have another ^^'

He has some looks in common with Switch boys and Volks Williams. A really handsome sculpt.

 

I've just ordered mine! I'm agree Sillypeach, he reminds me to Soseo and Williams too, he is very handsome.
I already regret to have let pass Zio, so I haven't thinking it twice to order Wayne.

 

The first thing I thought was how he reminded me of Williams. So lovely.

But I'm enjoying (and envying) all the pictures!!

 

My Wayne arrived today! He is very beautiful and really looks a lot like my Switch Soseo, they could be brothers, although Wayne head is a bit bigger than I expected. I will post pictures when I do his faceup ^^

The new girl is lovely too! Good to see they don't focus on just guy sculpts as they can make a pretty girl pretty well too ;p

I finally got my dream doll, Rosetta Zio, through the second-hand market! So thanks to the Zio owners who posted pictures of him and convinced me to not give up, he is as stunning in real life as he is in this thread. I am still debating on whether to leave his company face-up or paint him myself but I will definitely post some pictures soon

Do any of you Rosettadoll owners know the resin match with Dollzone pink? :3 I am looking around on Doa and PMing owners but since there's not that many RD owners I thought I'd be less of a spam and ask here...!

 

May I know where did you find a Zio head? he's my dream doll (or head) and I've been unlucky (I tried ebay, here, flickr)

Also, does anyone know if Rosetta doll is going to release Zio or wayne again?

For some time now, I've been visiting Rosetta Doll's website in the hopes of finding out any new news regarding their releases, but sadly, still nothing so far. I really hope they will accept pre-orders for one of their dolls soon. I'm hoping so much to buy a Zio someday...

 

Does anyone know what you get in terms of official papers from Rosetta-doll? :O I just got a clear plastic box with a sticker on it but I've been wondering ever since if the seller forgot to include anything.

 

I've been doing the same. I discovered Agave far too late, and I have a body ready for the head.

I don't know if anyone else still visits Rosetta Doll's website, but the last time I looked, I saw nothing but spam on their Q&A board. I had left a message right after they answered the last questions left months ago, so, I doubt I'll get a response...

Well, for a beginner, you're pretty good. Hehe, say hi to Danny for me. By the way, I think that's such a cute shot! I must also add that the boys I've seen of yours so far look really good in fur wigs.

 

Last time I checked the website was down, but maybe it's just on my end. I've been banking and planning on the Agave re-release, I think I'm going to have to give up on my dream of that head and try to find another one for my Ariadoll body. *sigh*

 

Aw, I know how you feel. Ever since I saw their dolls, I've wanted one, but at this point, I think it's better to just give up. Even if they did update their site again, I don't know if they'd release any heads any time soon.

 

Has anyone wondered what happened to their site? I heard that the domain closed down. I just discovered it and I fell for Agave

Aw, you're very welcome! It's funny how something inexpensive can look so good.

I think the website is finally gone, at least at this point. I checked today, and unlike before when I could still look around and click on links, the domain doesn't even come up with anything. I agree, it's so sad and disappointing…I just hope they come back again someday, because there are still people who want to buy their head molds.

 

I've also been watching their site. ;; I'm sad that they are gone! Their sculpts were so lovely.

 

I started stalking some Rosetta molds on flickr recently but apparently their website is gone...? Anyone familiar with this company can tell me what happened? Their business is closed for good? They are not re-opening or anything? Should I just sit here and start crying because I'm probably never gonna have the chance to buy an Agave? XD

 

I'm sad that they're officially gone too...all their sculpts were lovely...also kind of sad that most of my posts were deleted here...did I do something wrong? oh well...

 

I keep occasionally trying to check their web-site, social media and flickr hoping that there's signs of any activity... But so far nothing. So far the original website is just scary and endless spam/pop-ups.

I've been pining for a Zio and Agave for quite some time, and it's really sad that it seems like there's no plans of re-opening or rereleases... I wonder what happened?

 

I wonder about them, too. I love my Wayne and I really wish I had an Agave.

 

Bumping the thread to introduce my Agave that arrived today. She still needs a body, but wow is this mold gorgeous in person and very good quality resin! It's such a bummer they are not in business.. Maybe someday they will come back....

 

Aaah Agave she's a beauty! I'm still sad that Rosetta-doll disappeared, I would have gotten all their sculpts if I could.

I have just sent my pre-order email to Rosetta Doll. I'm so excited!
I was just about to give up looking for this doll because very few people were selling it second hand.

 

I know! She's such a treasure. I brought home a Zio last year, but fingers crossed they continue to re-release sculpts. Maybe we'll even get some new ones!

I got a reply really quickly from Rosetta Doll about my pre-order and got my payment in! I'm absolutely elated.
Now all I gotta do is patiently sit through the two month preparation period.

So far, only Agave has been re-released, but it looks like they're finishing a new sculpt? Hopefully we'll see other releases soon.

 

I didn't actually get a shipping notice, but my head arrived today!
Thank goodness I had it delivered to my office. I don't know what I would do if my package got lost or stolen.



The resin smell was quite strong (it also smelt like baby powder too?). Regardless, I'm extremely glad with this purchase!

Once I get a face-up on this girlie I'll be sure to post pictures when I can.

Has anyone seen Rosetta's new sculpts? There's also a YoSD version of Agave which is super cute. I wonder when they'll be released.

I remember seeing the Zio sculpt before, is it a discontinued sculpt? I searched all the blog and there are no photos of it. Agave is so cute, I also like the mini doll, she looks like a mini volks lieselotte oh man, so many cute sculpts and so little money and space >__<
