It was only after my latest unboxing that I realised I never showed Marche's unboxing on here (my Wild Strawberry Fairy Maret)! So to remedy that, I'm sharing her box opening now. I saw her on Yahoo! Auctions earlier last year and I absolutely had to have her. Out of all of the Tuesday's Child dolls, there were only a couple of sculpts I really loved, with Fairy Maret being one of them! I hadn't seen her for sale before, so I felt incredibly lucky. I set my alarm for the middle of the night and was in a very intense bidding war for her I'm still happy with the price I paid and I'm glad I was persistent. The first box contained her full-set outfit, with some pieces still sealed in their bags. The outfit had lots of intricate pieces. The second box contained the doll and her wig. Spoiler: Adorable manual At the time, this was the smallest doll I had ever held (all my other dolls were 1/4 or larger, besides an off-topic 3D printed artist doll I own!). I had previously told myself no dolls 1/6 or smaller as I thought buying one would let loose the flood gates as I thought all 1/6 dolls were so cute.... Looking back months later, I was right! She has such a darling little rosy face-up, and I absolutely love her pointy elf-ears. I did have a bit of a battle with her to get her head back off, as one of the magnets inside her head had become unglued. As it was stuck to the other magnet, it became one giant block that couldn't be taken out of the cavity it was wedged in. Spoiler: I had to get creative with my store loyalty cards to wedge her little head open Eventually, I freed the magnet and was able to give her eyes! I absolutely love my darling little Marche, and I've had such fun with her since receiving her! And she has some 1/6 friends on the way, which I'll hopefully remember to post unboxings for!
Unboxing, my favourite thing to watch and read ! And dear me, Marche is the most adorable thing indeed
