Me too!! The Sugarbabylove outfit is just lovely and some of the 'ones' are so beautiful. I'm not sure when they're for sale, does anyone know? I can't afford anymore dolls now, having recently splashed out on Latidolls, but I might be able to swing an outfit.

 

I think many of the one's are for their in-person event. If something doesn't sell, we might get a chance. The "Christmas with Rosen Lied" is an event listed in the "Update news for November&December" news item.

Anyone know why there are no prices yet on the for sale dolls/items that must go on sale today?
I read on their site it's delayed until today (20th) that Christmas event starts because of the artists didn't feel very well...

Just read that most dolls are only for sale tomorrow (21th) at a location and not online

 

I think all the dolls are going to be sold at the event tomorrow, if something doesn't get sold out (only the limiteds, of course, or one or two "The One") then they will allow us to buy them. Not fair, in my opinion. Not sure about the outftis. Maybe they will be sold at the event too, and maybe they're for December 23rd.

You know, it's hard enought to see lovely The Ones knowing it will be almost impossible to get one, to see all of them and know for sure that you'll not be able to even try, that's frustrating.

 

Thanks for your answer Be-Life but I don't care about those the ones cause way too expensive but I like Holiday child limited basic ShaSha and it seems that she's as well only for pre-order on that day tomorrow...

But I'm not at home on the 23rd so even if there are outfits left, I'm not likely to be able to get them.

Although they do say that "Basic ShaSha will be officially released on the website around early next year" so that's good.

I think I'll drop them a line to ask about the Sugarbabylove outfits, just to make a point that it isn't fair for the rest of us unable to attend.

I have been watching everyday. They add more beautiful dolls and outfits each day. I inquired about the event. RL stated all the dolls and outfits will be available at the coffee shop event. Whatever does not sell will be offered online Dec. 23rd. Who are they kidding? Nothing will be available! The SugarBaby outfits are so wonderful for Holiday. I love Shasha and look forward to the basic hopefully in January. They did say they hope to do events like this one in other countries.

 

They might say that Oliveoil but I doubt very much they'll do an event in the UK, there are very few Rosenlied fans here! I so want those Sugarbabylove outfits for my Bebe, but have resigned myself to not being able to get them. Maybe 2015 should be the year I actually sew outfits for my dolls rather than just thinking about it

 

I was thinking the same about the US. There seems to be a following in Japan. I love the outfits too, but don't expect to see them on the 23rd.
I sew, but never keep what I make. I am not as creative as Sugar Baby Love.

 

I'm the same, I am not being hopeful for the 23rd at all...if you had the chance at an in-person event with purchase and everything there, you'd probably take it and run with it.

I'd love to say I think they would come to the US. I would adore it. But I bought tickets to KBJD in California for last spring in part for them, and they were a no-show there. They didn't even, I don't think, attempt to go to Dollism Plus in Buffalo...and I personally think Peak's Wood made great inroads into the community that RL really could've, if they'd only shown up (I adore Peak's Wood now meanwhile, those ladies, OMG! And they were at KBJD as well, they are dedicated to making it over to the US whenever possible, they've said). So I'll literally believe it when I see it, as even when they've committed to coming, they haven't shown up.

I will keep my fingers crossed--and I will be checking on the 23rd just in case.

I'm off to see the inlaws for the day on Tuesday and they have no internet, so I won't be able to check. Ah well, haven't really got any dolly money left after my Lati order anyway. I've had a reply from RL that if the outfits don't get sold out on the day they'll be for sale on the 23rd, but I doubt there will be any left.

 

Wow, what a disappointment. That makes me sad that RL committed to coming but didn't. They have such wonderful customer service. I would not expect that from them. I am glad you are enjoying Peakswoods dolls. They are so pretty.
It will be interesting to see if there is anything leftover from the event.

 

I was upset at first that they excluded us from the Christmas events but I wonderful friend offered me her Bebe and that has satisfied my Rosenlied desire for now. I may look for outfits, but their release time doesn't fit my schedule and anything that is left when I get up. There are so many other events that a basis release next year would be better for me.

There is a list on Rosenlied of what will be available on the 23rd. It looks like they made enough to leave some for us or they sensed the frustration of the international customers!

Oliveoil, Congratulations! I don't even see the short pants! I like some of the dresses but there are so many other events this year that I am going to pass. There will be beautiful outfits in the future!

Oh I did... I was on the motorway on the way to visit the inlaws, and the alarm went off on my phone to remind me to check (causing some comments from my hubby and son!). I managed to click onto the website on my phone but unfortunately the screen is so small I couldn't really see what I was ordering. But I managed to click on the other two Sugarbabylove outfits (I love that pink one, congrats!!), and have just got back home. Logged in to pay and was a bit surprised at how pricey they were, anyhow, I am very pleased I managed to buy them, even if the cost would have practically bought me a new dolly!! I am hoping that they will fit my Kaye Wiggs doll too.

 

Congratulations Kayjay! Yes they are pricy but worth it. I keep looking at the brown dress and may add to my order. I ordered Daisy but will have to cancel. I thought she came with flat feet, but only fashion feet. That won't work for me.

You are right...there will be more in the future.

 

Daisy is just beautiful, can you not ask RL if you can buy flat feet to go with her? I absolutely love those high heels though, I wish they offered these feet and shoes for sale.

 

RL contacted me and said the information was wrong and that Daisy does come with both pair of feet...flat and fashion!
They seem to not be giving Wednesday Children much attention these days. Holiday is growing in popularity.
I wish SugarBaby would make outfits in their size.

 

Rosenlied is just way too cute. My favorite is definitely mignon, but I felt like I was falling in love with Shasha after I saw the photos of the limited Shasha. I love all the holiday children! The outfits from rosenlied are also exceptionally cute. Like seriously, I would order all of them if I have that money.

 

Oh that's good news Oliveoil. The holiday children do seem to be more popular at the moment, both the Weds limited are still available, a year or two ago, they wouldn't be.

Yihanx - I'm curious to see Shasha without the limited faceup as I prefer a more natural look. I'm still hankering after basic Miu, I wonder if they'll ever release her again.

 

yihanx: I agree the Holiday children are wonderful. I have LE white skin Mignon and have a new appreciation for the white skin. I am very curious about Shasha and can't wait to see the basic. The clothes are wonderful.

kayjay: It is good news, but I am having a little buyers remorse this morning. I have not been playing much with my Emma Jean (Flora). The tinies and Holiday are getting my attention, but I love Kana's face ups and Daisy is so pretty. It might be fun to have high heel feet.
I always liked the LE face up but lately the basics look so good. I would love to have a basic Mignon. Hopefully they will offer Mignon and Miu in the near future.

 

I agree the basics look wonderful. I like the softer LE's but sometimes they overdo it! I caved and ordered the basic reverie Miu. She should ship soon.

This thread is quite now, I am only collecting the Rosenlied Monday's child and have to sale some bec. of money problem. Today I sneak a peak and saw lots of beautiful face up on the Monday's child basic collection. Wow, I love the new face up a lot. I compare them to some of my own Monday's and wish mine have the newer face up LOL.

 

I agree chinadoll. The new basic face ups are lovely. I especially like Cherry and Macaron.

 

cherry is adorable, i just saw her this weekend and i'm tempted to bring home a new sister for my lemon now. i hadn't noticed her before.

china doll you could always get someone to update the face on your older dolls for you. i always get mine blank and then they get a new "spa" treatment when the old one starts looking tired or worn

 

True but cost soo much to ship and face up by great artist also cost alot. I rather just buy from a company that offers really beautiful face up. Right now I am eyeing Cherry also LOL

 

that's true. i do my own, so i only have to pay for supplies.... and find the time to do them. i'd love to see a cherry owner pic instead of just the company one, so hope you give in

Hi all! I've been lurking here for awhile, I fell in love with my friends RL boy and had to have one for myself! My boy is here and I just love him!

syltheel I am really laughing at your comment about emptying your purse! LOL! wally and I were just shedding tears about our empty purses too. But we have become obsessed with our Rosenlied dolls and their clothes. It's an addiction!

 

It is nice to see this thread be active again. Rosenlied makes such pretty dolls and excellent service. What do you think of the new body? It looks very much like the Holiday body only smaller. I like it. Hopefully, my Limited Vanilla ships this week.

Wally: Oops! They are lovely boys too. I am glad Tonilaine got you started. Rosenlied dolls are lovely. Years ago the Tuesday Limiteds were impossible to get, now the Holidays are the ones selling out fast, but that gives collectors in the USA a chance to get the Tuesday limited dolls.

The new body looks like the Holiday body only smaller. It looks like a good change.
