20–39cm Dolls Romulus :)

I'm lucky enough to own my own 3D printer (perks of being the child of an engineer...) and I'm currently in the process of sculpting my first BJD, which will be a gift for a friend of mine. She's a big monster high and BJD fan, so this sculpt is of a monster high character who she loves but was never turned into a monster high doll. He's going to be 1/6th scale, about 13 inches tall, and ball jointed but strung with steel springs because I don't have a great source for elastic where I live, and I get free springs from work.

anyway, meet Romulus. This is his working head sculpt (his eyes will be painted, not inset)-- I've been having some issues sculpting his body because for some reason Blender doesn't want to let me add more material to this sculpt without it getting to be increasingly poor quality. I'll likely sculpt his torso separately and just frequently digitally assemble him to see how things look.
