Specific Doll Ringdoll Kim blank head

Hello, I was hoping someone could share some pictures of a Ringdoll Kim head preferably without a faceup, but simple photos that show the head construction would be appreciated too. I can't seem to find any owner photos anywhere and ringdoll didn't show any blank head shots
