66cm+ Dolls Ringdoll Cheshire

He's finally here! I ordered him for layaway at the end of October and paid him off fully by the end of January, so quite a short wait!



Such a big full box! I was pleasently surprised to see that Ringdoll includes stands with all their dolls which will be great for photos (unfortunately I live in an earthquake prone country so he won't be able to stand full-time!) He also came with some little photo cards alongside his COA medallion. Ringdoll also provided some velcro, eye putty, and spare eyelashes. I have to say, I was terrified when I saw the spare eyelashes and was worried I would have to put them on myself! Thankfully, he did already have his eyelashes on and these were just kind spares.



And here he is! I have to say, I did have a bit of a giggle at his strung "bits" down below (my two other boy dolls have moulded on male parts) and I made my fiancé come and look at it!


I have to admit I am terrible at maneuvering eye putty and it took a wee while to get his eyes looking nice.




His outfit has so many layers and so many gorgeous details! It was easy to dress him as well, as the top and vest had little metal fasteners and the cuffs of his sleeves have velcro. He also had a pair of purple checkered socks!


He has such a gorgeous long coat and I love all the little accessories! He has a leather harness belted at his waist, as well as a little cat collar around his arm, a little leg strap, and his gorgeous collar! His shoes were really easy to put on as well, as they have little zips at the back.

Finally his gorgeous tail! It's so soft and fluffy, with little bells on it.

Then I popped on his wig (such an easy task as it was a perfect fit) and struggled with positioning the ears! He has magnets in his head for the ears, but it took me a while to position them in a way I was happy with.



I am so absolutely pleased with him! He's the biggest doll I have at over 70cm. When I got my 65 cm Little Monica Haazel I told myself I didn't need any bigger hahaha. Now I just need to get a bigger cabinet...

 

Hard to say! They look the exact same as they did when I bought them, so they have at least lasted this long! Even if it degrades, it's only his boots and his harness that have pleather, so not the worst thing.
