Lost/Damaged Ringdoll broken and missing parts no response...

I had a doll from Ringdoll come with a broken leg. They sent me a new leg within two months. They are possibly closed down right now due to the lunar new year. If you went through a dealer, contact your dealer to send you the replacement part.

 

Ringdoll is legit like the worst at responding. I have a current layaway with them and one that has been paid up since December. I have asked them twice about an update on the paid order, but they just don't respond. I don't care if it's "order is still being made" -- please respond! And i haven't hounded them either; just asked them once in December, and once in January.

But it really is so irritating when they confirm they received my layaway payments but just flat out ignore the email asking for updates. I would keep on them and if they still don't respond, file a claim to hopefully get them to respond. I would send them one more message and say that if you don't receive a response by xxx, we can talk through PayPal (if you paid through PayPal).
