Large Return (Revere - Bimong Narin Charisma)

In 2007, fresh out of high school, I bought my first doll: a Narin Charisma in tan French resin. He was with me for 3 years before the maintenance of French resin became too much for me to handle. I sold him and attempted to re-shell his character, with little luck, before deciding that I would get the same sculpt again in urethane.

I waited years for D-Storic, then Bimong's casting company, to release the SD sized dolls as full dolls - when I finally realized that it wasn't going to happen, I bought just the Charisma head to make sure I wouldn't lose my chance again. That head arrived on Valentine's Day 2013, and I continued to wait.

Bimong eventually took over his own casting and started to re-release the 60cm dolls, but the new body was too tall and too expensive for my financial situation at the time. Eventually, I started looking for a new body that might work well as a hybrid... which was a nightmare all on its own. I finally found a body that met all of my criteria in 2021, and it arrived in 2022, right in the middle of my next big lull in the hobby.

This year, I finally found the motivation needed to finish him again. It's not perfect, but I think I did him justice.

This is Revere, 18 years later. He's not going anywhere this time.
