Please help, I am very new to this picture takeing thing U_U
Try an image editing software such as Photoshop or Paint Shop Pro. Both of those cost money, so if you are unwilling to pay or uncomfertable with pirating them, there's a great peice of free software called The Gimp. http://gimp-win.sourceforge.net
Which version of Photoshop do you have? I have PS7 so the exact method might be different but here's the basic gist of it: 1. Open Photoshop. 2. Open your image file. 3. Select Image from the top menu. (Third from the left.) 4. Select Image Size. 5. The Image Size window pops up. From here you have a couple options: 1. If these are images from your camera, chances are the resolution is really, really high. If you're posting to web, there's no reason for them to be that high. Under Document Size, there is a field called Resolution. Enter "72" in the first field and make sure "pixels/inch" is selected from the dropdown menu next to it. 2. Alter the Pixel Dimensions to whatever size you want. Regardless of what you do, make sure that Constrain Proportions is checked. You'll find that at the bottom of the window. That way, when you change one number, Photoshop will figure out the remaining numbers for you. Don't be afraid to fiddle with the numbers until you get the size you want. You can always Undo (Ctrl+Z in Windows). Also: Make sure your picture is at 100%. Depending on the size, PS shrinks the image to 67%, 50%, etc to let it fit in the program window.
