66cm+ Dolls Resinsoul Rui has arrived!

    1. My first doll in over five years! She was a knee jerk purchase when the stimulus check came in...I told myself it was only because I had been doing so well at saving lol. Boy am I glad I bought her now, she's freaking gorgeous! Her lips and ears are to die for. She just arrived this afternoon and I'm already working on her wig. She came with forest green eyes which is perfect! She is going to be the dragon mate to my Yue, Talamir. Gonna have to think of a fitting name to go with that for her :D

      Some notes: I really like the pearl white carrying bag, RS has really stepped up the little details these last years! Everything is such quality and her resin has a velvety soft texture that feel so luxurious :D Also I love the little warranty card with the doll's details that says exactly what it is. RS doesn't hold any sculpt to one gender which really makes their sculpts super customizable. You can literally email them the most specific order of parts and they will make it happen for you. That and the affordability is what keeps me coming back every time!!

      I love the Rui face sculpt and knew I had to have her the second I saw her. I think she would make a stunning male too! Maybe I'll get another and he can be her twin :wiggle I already have a male Ai as well lol.

      Well I hope if you've been on the fence about getting one of these pretty ladies (or gents!) that this has halped make up your mind! :whee: I can't wait to start customizing her!

    2. Congrats! I've been eyeing Rui for a bit, myself--her sculpt is really pretty, and getting to see her blank is just making me a lot more tempted.
      Can't wait to see pictures of her all done up! :>

    3. Ahhhhh! She's so lovely! Now Rui is 110% on my list. I want them as a boy though. Glad to see other people have a simular idea!

    6. She's so ELEGANT, I love her! The shape of her nose is just really striking, and that along with the ears gives her such a unique vibe-- elfin, but not like other elf-looking dolls at all. Very mature, with an air of wisdom, which works just as well for a dragon as it would for an elf. (also, sometimes you gotta spend some stimulus money on a doll, that's just life!)

      I love Resinsoul, and the carrying bags they send... and yeah, her sculpt would look stunning as a boy, too!
