Resinsoul ordering fun - error messages, just me?

    1. Ok granted, this has come at the end of a bad week, so I am more irrationally hacked off by this than I should be, but nonetheless, it should not be this hard.

      I want to order from Resinsoul. I cannot order because their website errors all over the place whenever I try it. It doesn't give me anything useful like an actual error message, it just...gives me a page that says "error"...and that's it. I've tried e-mailing them, but thus far no reply and it doesn't look like they use their Q&A much(?)

      So...anyone else having issues with this or just me that's being lucky? I don't want to pay an extra tenner and buy from a dealer when I should be able to get it direct!

    2. That's weird! I've heard of people having success normally with answering their email; I believe it's still [email protected] D: I hope they answer you soon! <3

    3. Their cart system/website have been wonky since FOREVER. They havent been attempting to fix it either. So it's better to email Sun[RS' Representative] with the email given above. If he doesnt reply to you within a day or two, try emailing him again. He is rather good at communication and will answer any questions/problems you have!

    4. If you haven't heard from them in a day or two (at the most), send them another email. I notice my email keeps ending up in their Spam folder for some bizarre reason. And I remember other people were having this issue at one stage too so could be your email ended up in their Spam folder.

      I don't bother using their online ordering system. It's never worked for me and I've always had to email them to order anything. I don't know why they haven't fixed that. It would make ordering things a lot smoother and quicker.

    5. Not just me then, thanks everyone! Still no reply from their mail, which is...irking, but I'll give them another day yet.
