Wait Times Resinsoul not responding to messages, longer than a month?

I've ordered three or four times and I've never had any issues. However, I seem to recall it taking them a while to answer their Q&A stuff. Have they responded to questions posted after yours?

 

Don't know if RS took the hit too, but last week starting about Wednesday to Friday the server that handles ALL BBB Forum traffic, rolled over. It took 2 days to completely recover from the incident. Even the Doll Contest was dumped. It's okay now, but there were some tense moments in the beginning. You might try email again and see if you hear back... if they share the same server, maybe your email was part of the missing data . Just a thought....

I knew there was a problem when I went from 917 posts to 705 and everything from July 25th 2010 to July 26th 2011 was gone.

 

You have to write them a mail, they don't respond to questions in any other way :<

 

I would write them again. Generally, I haven't had issues with getting in touch with Sun, aside from one time when I wrote over the weekend and then had to send the email again, because I guess it got lost in the shuffle. Otherwise, they've always been very, very good about staying in contact, and I just recently (within the last month) ordered a pair of hands for one of my boys. Don't worry, they're not cheating you.

 

I ordered a doll from Resinsoul in 2010 and had some communication issues, too. It seemed the emails I was sending them kept getting sent to spam. It took me multiple emails to reach them.

I didn't try their Q&A. If you don't hear back in the next few days, I recommend trying to email them again. Good luck!

 

I've ordered from them twice now and I do have to say that my emails do end up in their spam folder for some reason but I just send them another one and they do get to it. Email turn around time during the week I've found is about 1-2 days but if you send them something over the weekend, I've waited at least 4 days for a response. It is unusual for Sun not to respond to an email. They're usually quite good with communication.

My doll when I ordered actually took 5 weeks and I did get a shipping notice when she shipped.

Hope you're able to get in contact with them. Send them another email if you haven't heard by tomorrow. I didn't even know they had a Q & A board.

 

Don't know if RS is anything like BBB- their sister company, but DENNIS will tell you 6-8 weeks production time and another 4-7 days in shipping depending where in the world you live. If you ordered on June 1, I would begin looking for it to arrive mid of July but not sooner. If you get it sooner count yourself one of the lucky ones.

Does SUN not have a personal email address listed in his member profile.... he might respond to an email faster if it comes to his personal addy.
