Her head is bigger than my harucasting xo, but I think it's in the acceptable margin.

Since she arrived on Friday the 13th and they have started using the Halloween playlist work, I think she might need a spooky/halloween name

 

The posing is pretty solid. Wiring might help a little. I love peanut joints in the thighs in my dolls that have it since it can do really nice leaning to the side standing, but can get a little slippery sometimes.

Her lower legs are a bit long for her knees-to-chest pose, but can hold the pose if her torso is pushed forward. Handles it fine in a more relaxed position.
