Hybrids ResinSoul head on Impldoll body?

When hybridizing dolls check head circumference, neck circumference, shoulder width, and chest circumference- as well as height.
Height has more flexibility than the others, so long as everything else is measuring similarly.
Hybridizing is an art, and it's iffy at best. Lots of guesswork involved. Unfortunately unless someone has the exact two dolls you're looking to hybrid, no one can tell you with certainty if it'll work or not. There's a lot of factors- even the length of the face can make a hybrid that works well on paper not actually work in reality.
And everyone's preferences for what works are different too...
Sorry to give you such a vague answer, but hybriding is one of those things in the hobby that you just kinda... gotta do. It's so subjective and so variable that it's mainly just practice and luck that makes it work.

 

I think Mi would look pretty small on the impldoll body. For one thing, the shoulders on the RS Mi body are 10cm, and impl doll’s shoulders are 13cm. I own both bodies, and there’s a lot of size difference between them. I don’t own a resinsoul head that I can show you on the impldoll body, but I could show you the two bodies side by side, if you think that would help?

 

Resinsoul will also color match for a small fee, if you'd prefer them to match with Impldoll (just depending on fees for either color match). I agree with Chameleon, the proportions definitely will look a bit off. Mi's head is 21 cm circumference, and a lot of the shorter 1/3 Impldoll heads are the same size, so if you are okay with the proportions for those Impldoll heads, it could maybe work out, but Resinsoul's dolls have such small shoulders that sometimes the proportions look very different on a bigger body. I have a Resinsoul head on a Soom body that's only about 1 cm bigger shoulder wise than the typical body, and it definitely makes the head look a bit smaller. Honestly, if you get a big wig or are okay with the head looking a bit smaller, it could work, but I feel the proportions could definitely look a bit off.

 

Hm. Question: which do you already have? If you have the Resinsoul Mi head, are you willing to mod the neck opening?
Impldoll necks are kinda trunk-like, although not quite as thick as Iplehouse. Mi's neck opening is going to be a bit too small for an Impldoll neck. However, if you don't already have the Mi head, I'm sure Resinsoul could make a custom head that would fit the Impldoll neck.

I think Mi's head is a good size proportionally - much bigger than the standard Impldoll head. Let me pop her head off and see how she looks on an Impldoll older body (Star MGB, which is close in size).
