Ordering Resinsoul Email?

    1. So it's been a while but I was really looking forward to ordering a new doll from Resinsoul since they released a female Sui since I've been away from the hobby.
      I was reading on the forums that you can email them with questions or any requirements with your order but every time I try to contact them I get a message saying delivery failed. Is this something on my end or am I not the only one having this issue? I wanted to clear up some things with they're MSD Zhen.

    4. Looking at the error message, it looks like their email server thinks your mail is a spam. Maybe try changing the content a bit?

    5. Huh, weird, I actually got that same email error when I emailed Little Rebel yesterday. I was also asking questions about placing an order and payment options, so at this point I might wager that it's actually Google catching things on the way out. (Silly Google! How are businesses supposed to do business if Google won't let customers email them? :XD: )

    6. That's what I was thinking, I've tried rewording it a bit and even sending from a different email but it was gmail as well. Maybe a different email service? Might try to rewrite it again and see if that works.

    7. It's starting to get frustrating. I've tried changing subjects, changing the content, even just saying that all I want is to get the email to them at least. :/ Nothing is working, so guess it's to Yahoo or something.

    8. I tried emailing them and it looks like their end is ok. They replied to my email around 20 minutes ago after I sent them an email 6 hours ago. I’m using Outlook.

    9. Okay, so I think it is a gmail problem because I finally logged into my Yahoo and it went perfectly fine, I even got a response to my questions which makes me super happy. :D

    10. I can’t send them email too. I used yahoo & Hotmail. Mail just doesn’t go through & not accepted by Office 365 whatever that means….
      I’m worried that they not accepting any orders anymore
