Modification Resinsoul elbows

    1. I am currently modding an old Resinsoul 60cm female from 2 to 4 arms and after making good headway with the holes for the second pair of arms noticed that the arms themselves are somewhat clunky and very angular and seems to be related to the elbows.

      I am sure I have seen posts a long while ago from folks who have done this or similar mods to achieve more fluid looking posing with these doublejointed arms. I was thinking of perhaps cutting midway through the elbow peanut to enable a swivel but would need to be ultra precise and unsure if that would create instability of the arms...

      Do have have any tips and/or photos you could share or point me to? Much appreciated :abow:

    2. In addition to splitting the peanut, it's also an option to sand the arm parts to allow more movement. I have a huajing body with very similar elbows but they turn effortlessly, and a Souldoll with similar elbows where they don't - it seems to me that the difference lies in the upper and lower arm and how much they allow the peanut to turn.
