The "yellowing" on one of my Pukifees turned out to be just dirt - a gentle spa treatment with a magic eraser and she was fine. My one white skin Pukifee has turned more of an ivory color in the year I've had her, but it's actually really pretty - she looks softer and more natural now. I have another doll from another company who's nine years old, and she's kind of a golden-peachy shade - not her original color, since I can't ID what color she is from their site - but a lovely, natural skintone nonetheless. I don't leave mine in the sun for hours on end, but I don't hesitate to take them out and about for photos, and they're always out on display when I'm not playing with them/photographing them. They're too cute to put away.
I'm in the process of remodeling a room for my dolls and I am little confused about lighting... Obviously I will need to keep the dolls out of the sun light (direct sun light anyway), but when it comes to artificial lighting I have no idea. Which kind should I use to minimize damage to the dolls? I'd appreciate a little help Thanks in advance!
