Resin Rose BJD Expo is returning in 2025. Our Theme is "Adventures of the Seven Seas"
It includes all water related themes such as- Beach, Ocean, Pirates, Mermaids, Sea life, Cruises, Atlantis, Lakes, Rivers etc.

Early Bird Preregistration and Vendor Registration starts on September 14th, 2024 at noon pacific.

1/2 Sunday Shopping Pass Only (Check times closer to event)- $15

Saturday Swap Tables- $15 (Anyone with a 3-day. 2-day or 1-day Saturday pass can shop at the Swap) Limited to 50 tables

Vendor Tables:
Early Bird (Sept 14th- Jan 14th) 1 Table- $199.00 (Includes 2 2-day passes)
Regular Rate (Jan 15th-July 15th) 1 Table- $220 (Includes 2 2-day passes)
1/2 Table Share Package- $105.00 per half. Limited to 4 tables (8 spots)
Extra Table- $80.00 (doesn't include any passes but they can be added for a fee)
3-day pass upgrades- $55.00 a pass
Returning 2024 Vendor discount- $10

We are looking for Volunteers. If you'd like to apply to be a volunteer please contact [email protected]. It comes with a 3-day or 2-day pass (Depending on the days/hours you work).

If you'd like to run a panel/class/workshop or game please contact- [email protected]. It includes a 2-day pass.

If you'd like to make a prize donation for our charity raffle please contact- [email protected]. We accept any doll related item as long as it is in good shape and not a recast item.
