Materials Resin Clay?

I wondered if anyone has heard of/tried working with Resin Clay to make a doll at all.
It seems this clay is used a lot for making miniature doll food & jewelry.

I don't think sooo? In the descriptions it clearly says Resin Clay. And I saw alot of things made on etsy that stated they were made with Resin Clay. So I was curious about it. I'm always interested in learning about a new clay type.

 

But dont you have to mix apoxie clay? There are two different parts that you have to combine right?
