Resin body for Nendoroid

    1. Hello there!

      When I saw a Nendoroid which looked almost exactly like my OC, I just had to buy him! But I wish I could give him the right clothes as well (though the current ones are not that far off), so I've been looking for a moveable body to attach the head on.
      I really like the look of the 2nd YMY body, however I don't really want a vinyl body. It annoys me how you have to be careful of stains and also the look of the joints. I prefer resin and strung bodies!

      So do you know any buyable bodies made from resin to put a Nendoroid head on? Or at least some kind of neck adapter? :3nodding:

      (Note: I live in Europe, so US-located shops usually have a way too high shipping cost)

    2. You could look into small Ufdoll bodies! While not resin, they are strung and also not made of vinyl (ABS/PVC doesn't stain as easily)

    3. Luts Tiny Delf 20, Bluefairy Pocketfairy Pepper/Sugar or Brother/Sister bodies are on my radar for a similar purpose, but I suspect my intended final doll height may be taller than yours. Are you trying to keep the height approximately in the 11-15cm range? Do you like the level of detail on 11cm scale clothing as opposed to what's available for approx 22cm dolls?

    4. Honestly, I can't imagine a Nendoroid head on a 20cm body. In my mind it looks weird xD Since the clothes I want to make are very plain, the details don't really matter (most important is a grey light jacket with hoodie and pockets, also a sport bag). I'd like the doll to keep being small and cute!

I don't exactly know the brand of this one (I found Xiia Body but it seems it's actually not the name :sweat) but my reference is this body that is amazing for nendoroid and other 1/12 dolls, you can find it on aliexpress (I checked and it does not seem it is a recast of another company), they are around 25€ and exist in 3 colours, I really like them because they pose perfectly, are well strung and have different parts included plus the option to use ymy or obi11 hands so I could not find a better option
