Unresolved reinvent - marketplace ban

Last december reinvent bought my Dollstown Original 15Boy Body. She asked me note lower price for custom ( £30) and refused insurance fee. We discussed it, and it was at her own risk (she agreed).



Unfortunately EMS lost our parcel. reinvent demanded I return money, but I refused due to our agreement (she wanted lower price while I was ready insure parcel and note real price). Because of it now I can't demand full-price refund from EMS, can demand only noted price and fee (£60). While reinvent wants full price - £310.

She opened paypal dispute against me.

reinvent, your behaviour is very unfair and dishonest. We had agreement, you asked about lower insurance fee, you wanted to save money and now act as like I must pay for your risk and your request.
Please close the paypal dispute.

 

Reinvent did not close the dispute. Paypal made a decision in her favor. Please issue reinvent ban for cheating the seller.
