Raccoon doll waiting room

I previously ordered two of the Raccoon Doll Girls during one of the 50% events last year. Both had faceups, so there was extra processing time for that, and I ordered at the very end of the event period.

I ordered around May 19th, 2024 and received them around August 12th, 2024. So it was about 60 days not counting weekends (Closer to 90 days counting the weekends).

My impression is that they do try very hard to stick to 60 (working) days as the maximum wait time!

 

So I jumped on that sale as well since I was looking for right guy for maybe 10 months. And this sale really helped to make my decision. I ordered Ken as well, normal skin, no face up.
Ordered PIF: 28th of November

 

I ordered my Ivy on 11/2, and I just saw last night that she's queued for shipping! I can't wait for her to finally get here!

 

Great news. So mine should be ready in couple of weeks.

 

Well, I can t log in to my account. It says I have wrong password. When I fill in form for password I never get email from raccoon. So I can t check my order status.

Edit: So they reached out to me. I accidentally had two ID for my email. Now it’s working. And my Ken should be sent next week as they wrote me. I guess I should contact my faceup artist to get ready

 

Mine will be with me on Monday. After I free him from customs charges.

 

I ordered the following on 2/13/26-
Henry- Milk mocha skin with standard face up
Ivy- Rose mocha skin, limited face up, NP body slim

The posted estimate on Henry's order page was 30-60 days and 60-90 days for Ivy so I'm going to go with early May to be on the safe side. I am definitely counting the days though as these are my very first BJD dolls!

 

So my Ken arrived on 16th February. So it was 80 days even with shipping and wait in post office at weekend so I could pay charges.
