* How was the communication?
Good. They sent notification of my order. They have many comments sections on their websites for asking questions and getting answers.

* How easy was it to pay?
I had no problem. I used Paypal.

* How long did it take to ship?
About a week or so. Not bad from Korea to US. I'm not sure if they make the wings on order, but it seemed quicker than I expected.

* Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
I think so. They are pretty big, with lots of feathers. They look good--as they do in the website photos. They definitely are not cheap in price, but I like them better than the big Soom wings, and those go for pretty high prices, too. And basically, I can't find anything else that is as nice as these wings for my dolls, so I'm willing to pay a good price for them. I think the quality matches the price.
