Ordering Questions about Latidoll

Hello everyone!
I've fallen in love with the little Lati Yellows and was wondering how do you usually order the basic dolls? I've seen on their Notice board that they have ordering periods, but they seem to be only twice a year (?). I've read on the Discussion thread that the average waiting time seems to be more than 9 months, which is kinda outrageous , is that true? Is it that long even for the basic dolls? And one more question: I saw that you can order under 'parts' the Yellow body and blank heads any time, is that true or did they just forget to put the 'sold out' sign. This option seems to be a tad more expensive but I would be willing to pay more if that means I could get a doll any time.
I hope somebody can help a Lati newbie out.
