Pygmalion Dolls

Oh, what a lovely surprise. My parcel has made it to the UK, now just waiting for it to pass through customs and into the hands of the delivery service.

Secrets: I don’t spray the blank head first, if anything, I use 90% alcohol and a wet rinse paper towel after the alcohol. Color match skin with pastels, use pastels and watercolor pencils for faceup, msc spray in basement (one or two heavy layers), dry to the touch placing by a space heater turning on all sides carefully, attach eyelashes and gloss, dry in front of another space heater upstairs. I do a pretty minimal faceup so repair is easy (no skin texture) since my dolls touch/kiss a lot.

 

I did a faceup on Mathew today. He’s very hot. Anyone else receive a head?

i got mine!!! (after paying the 180€ ransom i mean customs)

i ordered 5 heads and got a Libra head as a gift

 

I got my two Noah heads today and a gift of two pairs of eyelashes. Despite what everyone has said in this thread and even with seeing comparison photos, I was still not at all prepared for how distinctly pink both the white and the warm ivory are in person! I’ll have to wait and see what happens when the body I’ve ordered has arrived.

For what it’s worth, my idea of using a SupiaDoll 65cm boy body for my Noah head looks like it’s going to work out quite nicely once everything is said and done (although who knows when that will actually be? I certainly don’t! )

I love this because my Libra has a similar wig/customisation but they still have a different vibe

@Ho.taru - Oh you are so right! They do totally give off a different vibe even though they have the similar hair! Yours is so lovely and her brows so expressive!
I just love this about bjds...how they are so customizable and unique with the slightest change. (And probably why I have the same sculpts in multiples. )
