Mini Pumpkin Inspection

First little shoot with Hajime since I got her in the other week. I'm still trying to figure out her personality a little bit, but she makes for a fun model so far. These pumpkins also turned out to be the perfect size for these pictures too, which I was happy about. I'm still fiddling a lot with the technical aspects of photography, but we are getting there. Slowly but surely.

 

Thanks, guys! It was a really impromptu shoot, but I'm happy with how a lot of the pictures came out.

I love the hat too! I did find that the little elastic string that holds it to her head is awkward to edit out in a lot of shots, so I'll have to start learning to pose around that. That hat seems to hold on well enough without being held down, so I think I can just get away with not using it when she's sitting pretty upright
