puki one piece project

ok at the request of a freind i'm going to try this agian with the posting of this long term endevour.

so i've spurraticly posted here some of my one piece puki mod monstrities, and so here's more of a clear idea of what's going on with them i guess.

so to start here i guess is a little group shot of the most complete (or atleast put together)



luffy and ace, and their rum and meat. XD on the temporary going merry. (tissue box cover omg awesome)

ok and now for head shots



left to right before painting
top: sanji ace franky
bottom: caimie luffy zoro (needs mouth carved still here)

and then the 2 speical things i made last night. which is what prompted the demanding of this thread it seems. XD



sogeking mask for usopp, which actually isn't a mask it's a hand sculpted faceplate. it pops on like all the other puki plates. that way even if i don't get usopp's head for a while he can still join the crew. just needs a body. it's not anywhere near done yet though. painting and detailing left to do. i choose to do the mask after the battle when it's broken too. so it'll be dirt scuffed and everything.



and a long way away but i had to make this. XD crocodile's hook hand! and it works just like any other puki hand pops on with a magnet. and it even goes around luffy's neck. so if i take his head off and slid the hook around and replace his head. crocodile will be able to pick luffy up by his neck too.

ace: so far everything but the hat and neck lace is made by me. the hat is made by Julienne and the necklace by car349 she's gonna do his hat goggle beading for me too.

luffy: on luffy it's sad to say, but i only made his wig, and done his face up and mods. his hat is from the official mattel talking luffy figure. and the clothes were made by spampy

 

thanks everyone for the comments i should have pictures of franky up as soon as i can find some proper elastic for him and have pictures of him up here soon too.

currently though i'm more so working on props than the dolls them selves at this time. however i plan to meet up with carr349 this weekend and we are gonna do some faceups so hopefully more will be done then.

and you're lucky car's not that big of a fan of one piece, XD so she can be put down for all my dolls except the op crew and i'll leave the op crew to you sound good? just don't wack me for them.

 

you could even get cloven hooves from daisydayes to do a chopper pukifee. that'd be really cool to see. and if you do i might be able to convince a freind more easily that she needs a doll (her favorite op character is chopper. .)

i only plan to do pukifees for a few weird portioned and sized op characters. (ivankov, if you are far enough along in the series to know who this is, i'm sure you're either laughing or cringing in fear.)
